Great opportunity for a Creative Lead to join an in house vibrant team in an incredibly passionate business who simply love what they do. Working closely with the Design Manager, you'd be across the full array of projects being both online and offline, whilst still having you hands on the tools some of the time.

What you will be doing in this role...

• Ensure all creative being produced is of the highest quality.
• Be the studio lead, ensuring each team member is well brief.
• Keep your fingers on the tools, designing for your own projects. 
• Engaging with and managing stakeholders expectations across the business.
• Improving process to increase efficiencies within the team.

What skills you have now... 

• First and foremost you are a fantastic designer with a broad range of experience across both online and offline.
• You like working in a team environment, where you are more a mentor and help guide their decision making rather than dictate.
• You like to be really apart of team that care about each other and like to social as well.
• You have a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your skills.
