Boutique studio with a range of projects including multi-unit developments, bespoke housing and commercial development looking for a graduate architect/ Revit Documentor in all aspects of design, documentation and construction. We are located in Toorak close to public transport.
This is an initial 3 month contract with a view to extension and potentially a permanent position further down the line. Ideally you will be able to start within a two week period.
To qualify for this role:
- Minimum 3-5 years local experience with construction knowledge
- Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills
- Sketch-Up skill to prepare design and concept proposals.
- Design development skills, with proven experience documenting projects from start to finish.
- Have the ability to work autonomously and check your own work.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with clients, consultants and builders.
- You will have an eye for detailing and strong attention to detail
- Fluent spoken & written English.
