An opportunity exists to join our successful multi-award winning Building Design company, specialising in sustainable and energy efficient building design. We require the services of an experienced Revit Draftsperson to work on the detailed documentation of residential and industrial projects.
You will be required to complete all levels of documentation including design presentations, planning applications and construction documents. Your role may also include liaison with clients, external contractors and construction staff.
The successful applicant must possess the following:
- Diploma of building design & technology
- Relevant industry experience - minimum 3 years
- Excellent Autodesk Revit skills
- Proven experience creating working drawings in Revit (this may be tested during the interview process)
- An excellent understanding of residential construction techniques
- Sound knowledge of planning and building regulations
- Knowledge of ESD an advantage
- Be self motivated
- Strong work ethic and discipline
- Great organisational skills and attention to detail
Immediate start and a salary which will be negotiated depending on experience.
