We are a fast fashion retailer and wholesaler and are on the lookout for a Production & Sourcing coordinator.
We are now at a critical juncture in expanding our China Sourcing Office and are subsequently looking for a Production and Sourcing coordinator to take the reins and to lead the China Sourcing Office through the next phase of growth.
Reporting into the CEO and COO you will have ultimate responsibility for production of garments and associated critical path.
To be successful in the role you will need experience in the following:
- Critical Path Management
- Managing the entire production process and lifecycle of garment manufacturing
- Supplier Management
- Technical and garment fitting - Pattern making experience
- Managing to KPI's
- Quality control and inspection processes
- Preferable speaking languages Mandarin or Cantonese.
- Overseas buying trips
- Competitor research
Your background:
- At least 3 years in apparel manufacturing
- Technical and garment fit knowledge
- Analytical and details focused
- Able to deliver on time and as promised
- Adhere to significant timelines
- Motivated and Hands On
- Able to travel to China at least once a month or when applicable
- Qualification in Fashion Design or Garment Construction
