Buildex Designs is a Design and Construction company based in the Sutherland Shire (Kirrawee) We are looking for a talented, educated and passionate Architect or Graduate to join our busy and fast growing team. The firm is owned by a highly motivated director with extensive design and construction knowledge. You will have the opportunity to watch your design built to the highest standards by our experienced Buildex team including our in house custom joinery component. We specialize in small to large residential projects and encourage your design creativity. This is a hands on role so you must be able to stand up and deliver. This is a full time position with the opportunity to create work/life balance.
Skills to Succeed
- REVIT proficiency essential
- Competent Knowledge of construction
- Passionate about the design and build process
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional time management skills
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Presentable, passionate, driven, hardworking
- Minimum 2 years post graduate experience
Job Tasks
- Meet clients and provide project consultation including design advice, basic feasibility, scope of works and basic sketch
- Complete full set of architectural drawings with documentations for DA or CDC
