The Role

Bespoke Careers is looking for a Design Professional to join our growing team here in Sydney as an Interiors Consultant.

We are a group of Architects and Designers who recruit talent for Design firms all over the world. Based in our Sydney office, this innovative role would suit someone looking to ‘do something different’ with their design qualifications and experience.

Ideally you will possess strong communication skills, enjoy client interaction and be passionate about the design industry. Working collaboratively with like-minded people you will provide inspiration and guidance to others looking for their next career move.

You will be dealing with all of the "big names" in Architecture as well as boutique design companies on a daily basis. Help them create their perfect team by reviewing applicants, interviewing candidates, writing interview summaries, nurturing existing client relationships as well as business development with new clients.

Skills & Experience:

• Qualifications in Architeture, Design or relevant fields;
• Proven relationship building and customer service skills;
• Excellent communication skills capable of presenting to a group of people;
• Good influencing and networking skills;
• Sales experience, ideally with recruitment but retail or other sales would also be considered;
• Experience with CRM databases speciailly Bullhorn and Cube19 will be an advantage but not essential.
