Our client is an ASX listed Property Owner & Developer with a new opening for a National Manager of Customer Solutions in their Sydney CBD office. 

This is a key hire, being the advocate for customer solutions and managing the experience across a wide range of digital products, platforms and physical spaces.  You'll be the advocate for the customer, using your experience in implementing the adoption of products like Salesforce and rolling out of short and long term customer strategies.

To be successful in this role you'll need the following experience;
  • Solid experience within the property sector
  • Understanding of the adoption of Salesforce or similar CRM
  • B2B customer experience and using data to recognise trends & aid strategy
  • Examples of delivering end to end customer experience projects
