About Us
Gibson Architects is an established Ipswich based architectural practice that has been steadily expanding over the years. Due to company growth and an increase in workload, Gibson Architects are seeking a Graduate Architect / Revit Draftsperson to join our team.
Our current project portfolio includes education, health, community, sports and recreation, commercial, residential and multi-residential.
About the Role
Under the supervision of a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for the production of high quality drawings. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects from concept design through to contract documentation enabling you to further develop your skills and portfolio.
About You
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Relevant Australian Architectural/Building Design Qualifications or undertaking
- 2+ years experience in an Australian Architectural office
- A strong technical understanding of Revit
- Ability to produce high quality drawings with accuracy and clarity
- Good understanding of the current BCA/NCC as well as relevant Australian Standards and Legislation
- Good people skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary package will be negotiated with the successful candidate commensurate with the level of experience.
