Eva is a fast growing, customer focused ecommerce marketing company with an award-winning & well-priced mattress-in-a-box that we’d like everyone to know about.
Our team is looking to fuel some explosive growth by bringing on an ecommerce focused digital designer & all-round-useful-person to our unusually attractive team!
You’ll have the ability to shape the future of our company, have every day be uniquely different & the opportunity to give back with your efforts via our 1-10 donation commitment.
Kind of things you’ll be doing:
- Working with the marketing director on content/design & ideas for social, email, all major marketing platforms, the website & more.
- Spearheading a brand refresh & developing the brand strategy for new products.
- Designing/ developing new website content, supporting the team & touching all parts of the business with your sweet, sweet design skills.
- Indulging in some of our sweet perks (all the coffee/ tea/ beers you need, cool new office space, sweet mattress discounts, spontaneous escape room events & just a bunch of lovely people).
You must have:
- Super awesome design skills & mastery of the Adobe suite or similar.
- An eye for what looks darn good on social media, display, website design & a slew of other fun channels.
- An understanding of digital marketing challenges & opportunities (& how to exploit them for sweet, sweet results).
- A passion for doing good in the world & working in a crazy startup environment.
- An ability to work in a small team that moves quickly, is always learning & can turn crazy ideas into an executable strategy.
- A super high level of attention to detail.

- Social media marketing experience.

- CRO experience.

- Have a unique knowledge area that you could bring to trivia (my encyclopaedic knowledge of Brooklyn Nine-Nine has been less useful than I thought).
