The Company
This boutique architectural practice has an outstanding reputation in the industry and is a well-established practice. They are design focused and have an exciting array of Education projects.


The Opportunity
They have been growing steadily and are now looking for a part-time Practice Manager (3 days per week). Joining a collaborative and supportive team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing fee proposals, tender submissions and competition submissions
  • Assist with project and resource planning, programming and task allocation
  • Monitoring project progress with architects to enable invoicing
  • Preparing invoices and following up on outstanding invoices
  • Liaising with external accountant for payroll and financial reporting
  • General HR duties including training and development, rewards, remuneration, HR policies, and performance appraisals



About You
You will be a Practice Manager with previous experience in working within an Architectural or Interior Design studio.

You will also need the following:

  • Experience in using Xero and Workflowmax
  • Experience with Indesign is not essential however would be highly regarded
  • Be positive and solutions focussed
  • Have experience in HR and finance related tasks
