Draftsperson - Residential Builder

Our client is medium sized NSW Residential Builder with a strong reputation in the marketplace for building high quality, modern homes. 

Due to new projects and increased workload they are now looking to recruit an AutoCAD proficient drafter.

Responsibilities of the Drafter will include but not be limited to:

• Thoroughly checking through all product designs
• Producing contract drawings for the entire product range
• Checking of all Developer guidelines & plan all sub requirements
• Liaising with all relevant stakeholders including engineers & construction supervisors
• DA Submissions and construction drawings
• Providing team support to all colleagues within the Drafting team

To be considered for the drafter role candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Have at least two years Drafting experience with a residential builder
• You will have worked for a residential builder previously
• It is essential that you are totally proficient with AutoCAD software
• You must have a sound knowledge of construction detailing
• Education wise you must hold the relevant qualifications
• Only strong communicators will be considered for this role
