PROJECT ARCHITECT

The company:

Our client is a renowned multi-disciplinary studio who specialize in the Education, Social and Multi-residential sectors. They are located in an ideal location; with waterfront views and close to public transport and amenities. this mid-sized practice prides itself on having a diverse and close knit culture. The growing studio have an influx in projects and are therefore looking to welcome both a Senior Project Architect and Junior Project Architect to the studio.

The roles:

Junior Project Architect:

This is a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic Junior Project Architect; who has proven delivery experience to join a vibrant and energetic studio. The ideal candidate will be experienced in construction documentation and have some delivery experience. This is an excellent role for a current senior graduate (5+ years local experience) to step into a Junior Project Architect role; it will be ideal if you have experience with education projects both schools and tertiary education. To be successful for this role you must be eager to learn and grow, with a strong portfolio highlighting your documentation skills.

Senior Project Architect:

This is a strategic delivery role for someone with strong education and/or multi-residential experience. You will be managing projects end to end with minimal direction and delivering projects within both time and budget constraints. You will also need to be able to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels and be very customer centric. You will be reporting directly to the associates; and will play an integral role in strengthening the business. To be considered for this role you must have a minimum 8 years local experience, be proficient with Revit and have strong relationship building skills.

Skills & Experience:

In order to be considered you must have the following experience;

• Must have at least local 5+ years' experience
• Have proven track record within the education, transport, health or multi-residential sectors.
• Completed a Masters in Architecture or equivalent
• Strong documentation and design skills using Revit
• Ability to liaise and work with clients at all stages of a project
• Excellent communication skills
• You must also be able to demonstrate a Design aesthetic that is in line with our client's high standard of work
