Adam Strong (Managing Director) ROLE: An opportunity exists for a CAD Technician to join the Berry business. Reporting to the CAD Manager this role forms an integral part of the design and drafting team. Some main duties will include: • Documentation and drawings for Tenders, Planning, DA & Construction • Working with Client and Site teams to ensure requirements are met. • Liaise with external stakeholders including engineers and architects. • Attention to detail and the ability to problem solve and identify cost effective solutions. Other roles and responsibilities will be discussed at interview and this may also include specific project information for site based roles. As a CAD Technician at Strongbuild you will have the opportunity to work on a mix of high end residential as well as commercial projects and have input into the structures and processes that contribute to a successful Drafting team. Jamie Strong (Director) YOU: TECHNICAL: You must be a CAD Technician with at least two years drafting experience who has worked for a residential builder. It is preferred you have experience with ArchiCAD and have worked with the Microsoft Office Suite. Skilled CAD operators who have been working in software other than ArchiCAD are encouraged to apply.
