Based in Beaconsfield in Melbourne’s South East suburbs, Drake Design offers the opportunity to beat the commute and get your life back. We are looking for a Revit /AutoCAD Draftsperson with upward of 2 years of experience with the ability to execute small scale projects, including site measure ups, attending Client briefing meetings, and deliver small-scale designs through all stages.

So, if you're sick of the 9-5 (plus 2 hours minimum in traffic) everyday... this role is for you!
You will be responsible for:
- Producing preliminary site plans and drawings for presentation to clients
- Full working drawings for contract / construction documentation
- Providing assistance with any amendments and variations to documentation
- Prepare town planning documentation
- Liaise with / organise consultants and clients
What you need to join this exciting team:
- A Great Attitude!
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Revit experience preferred, but will train if only AutoCAD
- Formal qualifications in Architectural Drafting (Diploma or higher);
- A STRONG understanding of the residential home building and construction process;
- Exposure and competent use of BCA and Rescode
- The ability to communicate professionally, prioritise and meet deadlines;
- Implement a high level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to all tasks undertaken.
