What you will be doing

Working closely with the Managing Director, Creative Director and a team of experienced creative professionals, you will play a critical role in creating and animating 3D assets for visualisation projects.
  
Your responsibilities will include:

• 3D modelling from 2D drawings/sketches and CAD plans
• 3D Model management from various formats
• Producing quality work from a project brief
• Working with cameras/lighting and materials
• Liaising with clients on project briefs, development and design changes

Selection Criteria

• Animation exp. in architectural fly-throughs, construction sequencing & 3D technical animation
• Proficiency in 3D Studio Max including spline & poly modelling
• Skills in V-Ray lighting techniques, material creation & rendering
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere and After Effects
• Ability to read detailed plans in AutoCAD, Sketchup and Revit
• Understanding of construction systems and terminology (preferred but not essential)
• Understanding of Max Script (preferred but not essential)
• Ability to prioritise work on multiple projects efficiently to tight deadlines
• Ability to work under pressure
• Great attention to detail, technically and aesthetically    

  
Essential Softwares:

• 3ds max, Vray, Photoshop

Beneficial Softwares (nice but not essential)

• Unity, After Effects, Premiere, Railclone, Forestpack, Revit, Autocad, Sketchup

Modelling:

• Low Poly Game & High Poly parametric
• Environmental modelling & Technical/Mechanical modelling

Texturing:

• High resolution & Gaming

  
Animation:

• Understanding of construction principles
• Character animation
• Understand hierarchies, Animatic and production animation
• Candidates must submit a show reel

  
About You

• Lateral thinking with architecture modelling experience
• Ability to work with concepts & read architectural/construction plans
• Shows initiative, ability to work both alone and in a team
• A passion for working with all things 3D
• Enthusiasm to learn new skills and adapt to existing processes & systems
• Strong organisational skills, understand production workflows
• Excellent conceptual problem solving abilities, a strong thinker & action taker
• Positive attitude, sense of humour & excellent communication skills
