With over 20 years’ experience our client is one of Australia’s largest unlisted property fund management organizations with over $11.4 billion of funds under management through their investments in: commercial, retail, industrial & residential properties.

ROLE

This is an incredible opportunity for a Graphic Design professional looking for a part time opportunity to assist in juggling your work-life balance where you will support the brand positioning of creating growth for people & places through property. Reporting to the Brand & Communications Manager you will be responsible for providing graphic design services to the organisation & drive recognition & awareness for the organisation with their stakeholder groups. Your key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinate the graphics elements of projects ensuring they are delivered on time & on brief
• Develop & deliver on brand but with interesting & unique concepts across digital, print & social media
• Work closely with the Brand & Communications Manager to ensure that the concepts fit with the company brand guidelines & to specific digital or print standards
• Manage a workflow to ensure requests are dealt with efficiently
• Play a key creative role in designing corporate & portfolio led campaigns with supported charities, ensuring that they meet cross-company brand guidelines & are suitable for various displays throughout their properties.
• Liaise & arrange meetings, manage creative briefs & coordinate projects
• Coordinate motion graphics, including producing, video editing & post production across the creative suite
• Support the design requirements of Expressions of Interest and Tenders

This role will allow you to work in a dynamic & fast-paced environment where you will demonstrate a high degree of organisational skills with the ability to respond to changing needs & priorities to meet deadlines. This position requires someone to show-case your strong design skills with the proven ability to animate & create design graphics & content in order to follow creative briefs fulfilling internal requirements.

SKILLS

To be successful in the role, you must have the following:

• Bachelor of Design & Digital Media (Digital is preferred) with keen interest to develop skills would be desirable
• Proven graphic design ability both applying agreed brand approach & expanding the design style
• Strong creative Cloud Software knowledge
• Strong Web HTML & coding knowledge, preferably in WordPress
• Proficient in MS Office with the ability to lead design & the Adobe CC Suite
• Ability to film & edit quality videos
• Proven photography ability
• Proven ability to communicate effectively to secure quality briefs & advise on project status
• You will demonstrate a high degree of motivation, enthusiasm & initiative
