About the company
Noni B Group is a large national retailer with approximately 1400 plus stores consisting of 9 successful apparel brands which include Noni B, Rockmans, beme, W.Lane ,Millers, Autograph, Rivers, Katie's and Crossroads.

Product Development
- Work with the Buying team to develop product that meets the customer’s expectation and is line with the brand strategy and seasonal vision
- Develop and complete accurate, complete and on time tech packs for costing and update with any changes made on final PO placement
- Work with the Buying team and fabric sourcing team to select fabrics appropriate for the product and cost
- Place and manage stock fabric and accessories for seasonal programs
- Work with the Buying team to manage sample room, work flow, prioritising to ensure fit comments are actioned and returned in order of highest priority
- Ensure all reporting is completed within required timeframes
- Work collaboratively with the Buying department providing advice, guidance and resolution on supplier lead times and supplier capabilities
- Advise Buying team of any issues impacting on critical path timelines
- Proactively handle and resolve quality issues
- Evaluate fabric test reports, issue resolution and approval
- Prepare reports and any ad hoc analysis in required timeframes
Education / Experience / Requirements
- Product knowledge
- Technical experience in apparel (garment construction, fitting etc)
- Proven experience in a similar role/industry
- Results oriented and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Good service ethic, a strong customer focus along with excellent problem solving skills
- Great interpersonal and team skills
- Ability to multi-task and deal with competing priorities
- Effective written and oral skills
