My client is a well-known Property Developer with an in-house Architecture team consisting of 8 architectural professionals. They are extremely busy having secured several high profile large-scale developments across Melbourne. This consists of multi-storey apartments, townhouse developments, commercial precincts etc.
A permanent position is currently available for an experienced Architectural Documenter to join the in-house architecture team. Responsibilities will include the production of working drawings and construction documentation for large-scale residential and commercial projects.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Advance Diploma of Architectural Design & Drafting (or equivalent)
- High proficiency using Revit
- Previous experience working on large-scale residential (apartments, townhouses) and commercial projects
- Desire to work for a Developer working on high profile developments
