ABOUT THE COMPANY.

This successful Australian owned firm located in Melbourne's South, have a requirement need for a creative Senior Design Architect to join their team. This firm deliver hotel and hospitality projects from start to finish with an approachable nature and tailored service to their clients.

ABOUT THE POSITION.

This role will report to the Director and will require the successful candidate to liaise with clients, take down briefs and assist with concept designs and design development. Ideally, you will have strong design skills, an innovative approach to concept designs and be able to work well and efficiently towards deadlines.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES.

Project design
Deliver innovative concept designs
Liaise with various client bodies
Develop projects from early conceptual stages to detail design
Attend site visits

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

Tertiary qualification in Architecture
Strong working experience in AutoCAD or Revit
Portfolio demonstrating similar project experience will be advantageous
Strong presentation skills and a creative mind
Excellent attention to detail and knowledge of construction process
