Your role

• Work with the Principal to obtain a client brief in order to determine the type, style and size of the building or the space within the building that is to be designed, built and/or refurbished.
• Organisation of project planning from designs, materials, building times and costs estimates.
• Prepare preliminary drawings and other documentation including sketches + scale drawings.
• Consult with engineers, designers, and other relevant individuals to achieve overall project objectives.
• Carry out site visits/ oversee construction works to ensure compliance with allspecifications

Skills to Succeed

• Imaginative and creative eye.
• Ability to identify and analyse problems and resolve them effectively
• High attention to detail
• Be extremely articulate and well presented 
• Work well solely or within a team
• Tertiary qualifications in Interior Design 
• Proficiency in Revit
