An innovative Architectural Studio, whose work is influencing Tasmania's commercial and residential sectors is seeking a new key team member.

Registered architects / building designers, experienced graduates and architectural technicians, with good ArchiCAD experience are encouraged to submit a registration of interest.

Applicants should demonstrate experience in the production of drawing packages, including design development and construction documentation.  Knowledge of local authority processes, Building Codes, Australian Standards and The Building Act would be an advantage.

Individuals with a passion for delivering high end residential projects, along with medium scale commercial projects will be suited to this role.  The successful applicant will have the opportunity to take projects from initial sketch design through to on-site construction; their input will be valued at every stage.

The position offered is flexible with a target of 25 - 40 hours a week.  Hourly rate is open to discussion based on level of experience.  You will be paid for all the hours you put in.

You would be working in a fun, relaxed sunny studio with a great team.  Parking at the door, excellent coffee and good music all day.  There are several lunch options nearby.
