Working for an Architectural firm on the city fringe, you will enjoy working with a team who are relaxed, supportive and social and with Directors who value team and recognise hard-work.
Although the firm covers various facets of design, you will sit predominantly in a team who work on industrial projects for both large national and international clients. You will need to have experience working on industrial projects and a thorough understanding of the technicalities involved in such design (turning truck bays, cooling processes and fire control).
You will be able to produce detailed construction documentation and working drawings using Revit software and have an eye for detail.
With various of projects in the pipeline, the ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously with at least five years of traditional project management experience and with ability to manage up to 8 projects at any time.
Your demeanour will be casual in attitude but corporate enough to be client facing.
Key Skills Required:
- Degree in Architecture
- At least 10 years of experience (at least 5 years in a Project Architect Role)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working on local industrial projects
- The ability to create documentation packages – construction
- Ability to run multiple projects at one time
- Eye for detail
- Proficiency in Revit
