Our client is a highly regarded firm who enjoy a great industry reputation, both for quality of design and the environment they have fostered.
Based on a combination of new large scale project commitments, and the growth of their team this year, they are keen to appoint an experienced Project Architect that is capable of leading large scale developments $150M and upwards.
Your leadership capabilities will be a critical aspect of this role, as you will be relied on for team management through delivery stages, along with your proven ability in taking projects of this scale through to practical completion.
Leading projects from design development, through construction documentation and delivery, you will be responsible for ensuring the project team meets all deadlines, whilst maintaining quality output.
Ideally you will have recent exposure to high rise apartment projects, or larger scale projects varying in nature.
Based on the ArchiCAD platform, our Client would ideally like to see ArchiCAD in your background, however they are also open to skilled individuals with experience on other software.
