Senior Website Designer
Splashbox is looking for an exceptional Senior Website Designer to join our ever-expanding agency. We’ve been delivering digital solutions for well over ten years and have incredible strategy and production teams ready to support you.
If you are successful with this application you will play a pivotal role within our company, joining a highly talented Creative Department. You will need to be an experienced mid to senior designer with extensive experience working in an agency environment.
You will also need the perfect balance of design skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and production teams. You will need to possess the ability to easily switch between creative ideas and business acumen.
You will need to eat, sleep and breathe all things Digital and have the passion and determination to deliver exceptional creative working on big brand projects.

To be considered, you will need to demonstrate the following:
- An extensive portfolio showcasing a minimum of 10 exceptional websites or system application designs;
- Minimum 3 years of web and digital design experience, across all forms of web including e-Commerce design;
- Strong UX & UI best practices;
- Experience with Sketch/Adobe Creative Suite;
- Wireframing, architecture and prototyping experience;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to understand a client’s requirements and convert it to web;
- A fantastic eye for detail;
- Experience designing marketing collateral for Social, Outreach and Email Marketing;
- Experience across both B2C and B2B projects.
You should also:
- Be passionate and self-motivated in designing cutting edge sites and systems.
- Possess the ability to problem solve and come up with creative solutions.
- Perform effective research and planning for a project.
- Be someone who gets a kick out of creating something new.
