ABOUT THE COMPANY.

This award-winning Architecture practice has a leading presence in the market and is currently seeking an ambitious Architect to join their dynamic team. With a growing pipeline of projects, this role will see you involved in projects spanning the hospitality, retail and mixed-use sectors.

ABOUT THE POSITION.
  
As an Architect, you will report to the Project Leader and will have involvement across all stages of the project cycle. With your excellent attention to detail and communication, you will contribute to the delivery of stages including but not limited to: concept design, design development, DA submissions and tender documentation.

DUTIES.

• Contribute to concept design
• Prepare construction documentation
• Assist in design development 
• Produce DA drawings
• Liaise with clients, consultants, & councils

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.

• Tertiary qualification in Architecture
• Proficiency in Revit 
• Portfolio demonstrating hospitality experience
• Proven ability in the delivery of construction documentation
• High attention to detail
