Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

• Oversight of all brand-related activities, including the company’s brand guidelines.
• Governance of all company logos and brand marks, including for Joint Ventures and Alliances.
• Development of visual elements of internal and external campaigns, including internal cultural messaging and advertising.
• Governance of all company communication templates, including letterhead, leader messages and PowerPoint designs.
• Design and production of printed collateral, including capability statements and promotional brochures.
• Commissioning and management of photoshoots, and development and maintenance of a library of project and people images.
• Liaison with Graphic Designers in the company’s Business Units on brand application in bids and on projects.
• Ensuring high-quality, cost-effective production and efficient delivery of print products

You will have:

• At least 5 years’ graphic design experience, including advanced skills in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, MS Office.
• Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Graphic Design and / or relevant university degree
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and engage with key stakeholders both internally and externally
• In house Graphic Designer experience preferred but not essential
