Required Skill:
Strong Integration architect with Architecture design skills
Hands-on on Webmethods Stack
Universal Messaging experience
Ability to lead the team & get the project delivered on time
Previous experience working & managing on-shore & offshore development teams
Previous client facing experience in multi-vendor scenario.

Duties and Responsibilities:
SAG Webmethods Development and delivery of project
Managing & coordinating the tasks between onshore & offshore development teams
Create & report weekly, monthly and quarterly status to customer
Work closely with Customer manager on assigning the tasks to onsite & offshore developer team.
