JIVARO is currently working with one of Australia's most well-known lifestyle fashion retailers. They are currently going through a huge period of growth and are seeking a highly creative and driven Graphic Textile Designer to join their team.

Within this role, you will be responsible for the creation of design prints (both yardage and placement prints) among other graphic work for this brand. You must be highly creative, commercially driven, aware of current and future trends and have the ability to work within a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing graphics and prints (both yardage and placement prints) from conceptual ideas to finished art
• Recolour yardage prints and set up finished art of graphics
• Designing swing tags, garment labels, package, graphics and colour palettes
• Developing mood boards and other presentation documents across the Womenswear range.
• Researching and collating graphic/trend research for fashion forecasting

To be successful you will have:

• Minimum of 3 years experience working in a textile graphic design role in the fashion industry
• Womenswear experience desired but not essential 
• Tertiary qualifications in graphic/textile design
• Highly skilled in Adobe Illustrator/CAD and Photoshop
