Your new role
A well known established property firm are adding to their Urban Development team.
Reporting to the business unit leader your duties will involve:
- Due diligence and feasibility
- Prepare SEE's and LEP's
- Offer expert planning advice
- Development Assessments and rezonings
- Development control plans
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role you should have the relevant tertiary qualification. You should have at least 3 years of experience however, this role is also open to very experienced senior candidates. Public or private sector experience is accepted.
