About the Role.
Busy environment currently working on producing set of working drawings for building permits and design delivery for design approvals for Town planning documentation. You will be working closely with The Building Design Manager with a solid portfolio in the industry.
- 3-5 + years of experience within similar role
- Undertake presentations to clients, authorities and others
- Capable to resolve difficult and complex design and construction problems
- Develop project goals, concepts and objectives with the Senior Associate
- Prepare concept designs, sketches, finishes selections, development & Building Application documentation, working drawings, specifications, schedules & reports both manually & on the office computer system
- Good Hand sketching and CAD ability, Archicad is must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with client liaising and presenting
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
- Be able to work in a team environment
- Ability to design concepts, produce space layout plans, 3D renders
- Ability to produce working drawings
- An awareness of current workplace trends and cultures
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD
- Proficiency with adobe suite
