Drafter

AutoCAD Draftsperson urgently required to work for a West Sydney based residential builder.

Our client is a well known local builder admired in the market for designing and building beautiful yet affordable homes.

They are looking to recruit a permanent Drafter to work alongside the team working on residential projects.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity you will have the following skills and experience:

Residential Drafting software proficiency (essential) ideally with 3D experince
Knowledge of BCA and NSW Council or Complying Development requirements
Diploma of Design and Drafting or equivalent
Ideally you will have a minimum of two years experience working with a home builder, architectural firm or drafting services company
the ability to generate high quality models and drawings for for clients
