Great opportunity for a Landscape Architect/Designer to join a high end residential renovation specialist. My client are highly successful and reputable within the small building, pool and landscape renovation space.
Due to ongoing growth of the business my client are seeking a Landscape Architect who is both a natural communicator and exhibits high attention to detail and quality in every aspect of their work especially on the design side.

The Position:

My client are seeking a client facing Landscape Architect/Designer with the ability to lead and manage an existing team. You will have a strong design background, be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of building practices and landscaping. Day to day duties will include:

• Lead and mentor an existing team
• Regular liaison with client, account managers and external suppliers
• Assist in the sales process for the duration of the project including deadline setting
• Regular site visits during implementation of design
• Attend/contribute to weekly work in progress meetings with the Design Team
• Provide the construction team with all necessary information to allow for efficient and profitable construction work including plans and details

 Key Requirements:

The successful applicant will be a team player and natural leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to different situations and be able to demonstrate the following experience:

• Degree in Architecture
• Minimum 5 years’ industry experience in Australia
• In-depth knowledge of landscape construction
• Knowledge of the sales process
• Knowledge of simPRO is also an advantage but not essential
