About the company

The company has been established for over 75 years and has been building Residential communities for families in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland ever since. They specialize in Medium Density Developments and currently have projects with more than 100 homes and 400 apartments per site.

About the role

Reporting to the Nation Documentation Manager, you will be working as part of a team that will be refining and developing working drawings for all upcoming projects throughout Australia. They are in the planning stages of some exciting new major developments, so you will be supporting the team in delivering all the documentation aspect of these brand-new projects.

Skills and experience required

• Residential Drafting experience within is essential, ideally within Medium Density housing
• Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings
• Must be proficient in ArchiCAD
• High level of numeracy and computer usage skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time management and administration skills
