This Developer based on the CBD fringe is seeking a Senior Draftsperson to assist in overseeing the documentation process of their projects. This role will see you working across their retail, residential, industrial and commercial portfolio and you will be working with ArchiCAD.

Your involvement will be from town planning to construction, providing direction to a team of four and hands-on documentation.

The successful candidate will have:

Experience working in an in-house design team with a developer
Broad project experience including medium scale commercial and residential
Hands-on ArchiCAD experience with the ability to model and document
Experience in leading a small project team
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
