There is an immediate need for a mid-level to senior Draftsperson to join this residential builder in the South East. This team is passionate about creating spacious homes where families can enjoy spending time with their loved ones. They have a great company culture and are looking for a passionate and talented individual to be part of their team.
  
This role will see you working in a team of 3 Drafters. You will be producing drawings in AutoCAD and mentoring junior team members.
  
As the successful candidate, you will demonstrate:  

• Experience in a mid-level to senior drafting role
• Previous experience working with a volume or custom residential builder
• Strong AutoCAD skills
• Ability to work in a small team and share your knowledge with junior team members
