Located in the heart of Brisbane's southern suburbs and established for over 8 years our client are a respected Residential Builder. Specialising in both investment, full turn key house and land packages to owner occupier 'off the plan' homes, building 100+ homes per year with the view to increase that to 150+ homes per year. They are now seeking a highly skilled ArchiCAD Draftsperson to join the team. The role is as the sole Draftsperson managing both the investor and owner occupier workflow. 

Duties -

• Responsible for all drafting and documentation duties with 80% investment  and 20% owner occupier homes
• Liaising with all internal teams including being involved in the Site Supervisors meetings and regular site visits are encouraged 
• Liaising with clients via the phone or face to face on a need to basis

Key Skills Required - 

• Minimum of 5 years ArchiCAD experience is essential combined with at least 5 years industry experience as a Draftsperson with a volume residential builder
• Exceptional time management skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of Australian Building Codes, Local Council Regulations and Covenants
• Can work autonomously
• It is preferred if you have had hands on site experience and strong knowledge of construction methodology
• You must be seeking a long-term position and can offer long tenure in previous roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
