ABOUT THE COMPANY.
This award-winning Architecture and Interior design firm is currently seeking an accomplished Project Architect to join their established team. With a national scope of work, this firm is highly regarded for their innovative projects across the multi-residential, commercial, mixed-use and hospitality sectors.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
As the Project Architect, you will report to the Associate and will be responsible for the delivery of projects from concept to completion. With your design focus and excellent coordination skills, you will lead a team of Architects through the delivery of stages including but not limited to: concept design, design development, and CC documentation.
DUTIES.
- Produce innovative concept design
- Oversee design development
- Manage a team of Architects
- Review DA/CC Drawings
- Client briefs and presentations
- Coordinate with consultants on-site
- Contract administration
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture
- Software proficiency in Revit
- Proven ability in the delivery of projects from inception to completion
- Innovative approach to design
- Excellent leadership and coordination skills
- Strong understanding of BCA
