The Company

The firm offering this position have 5 teams across the business which cover the following:

• Pre-Design which are a team of 6
• Design Development / Construction Documents which are a team of 9
• Contract Administration team of 1
• Interior Design team of 5
• Admin team of 4

There are currently 4 active roles across the business and this role is for a Project Leader in the DD/CD team. They are looking to grow the team from 9 to 12 within the next 2 months. 

Your Role

This role is crucial for the businesses growth and client relationships are paramount. You will generally be required to look after 1 project and you will be heavily involved in the coordination of external consultants and team management.
