Homewares Wholesaler
Office Manager - Customer Service & administration role
We are a rapidly growing homewares importer/wholesaler with an interesting range of customers including major accounts through to interior designers. We are seeking a highly organised, and flexible person to join our small team and manage customer service and administration. This is no ordinary support position as this person will implement the systems to take us to the next level.
Our office is located in Chullora, Sydney
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement policies, procedures and standards to guide the operations of the office
- Providing a high standard of customer service
- Responding to stock availability, order inquiries and dispatch information
- Managing customer orders from start to completion
- Answering in bound calls
- Managing the database
- Accounts receivables
- General Office Duties
To be successful in this role
- Ideally you will come from a wholesale background, with experience managing all aspect of customer administration
- You must have impeccable attention to detail ensuring the accuracy of your records and accounts.
- You will have a solid understanding of the invoicing process from customer set up, to generating invoices, confirming payment and communicating release of stock
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Be self-motivated and have the ability to use common sense and initiative

Work Hours
Mon – Friday, 38hr/p week
