A Specialty Solutions Operations Coordinator position within our Sydney Waterloo office, Surgical Sales Team has become available! This is a pivotal role which will act to support the General Manager of our Surgical team, with a range of operations including but not limited to; Solution reporting requirements, sales /market analysis, driving sales / marketing programs and working closely with vendor partners.
Key Responsibilities of the role include:
- Assist with the coordination and planning of sales operations
- Support the Specialty Solution Managers with the coordination of vendor meetings & relationships
- Support the Specialty Solution Managers in driving localised marketing and sales campaigns
- Assist the Specialty Solution Managers with the allocation of territories and manage customer satisfaction issues
- Manage costs and achieve operating income budgets, including branch expenditure.
- Manage relationships between customer care teams, sales specialists, equipment and territory managers
- Provide accounts payable support including; verification of external supplier statements & invoices, external supplier invoice general ledger coding & Pronto purchase order entry of external supplier invoice, monthly credit card reconciliation.
- Coordinate branch expenditure and work with the Specialty Solution Managers to ensure cost remains within budget
- Automate as much of the process as possible to ensure we achieve optimal efficiencies and effectiveness.
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong background in business support and operations gained in a variety of corporate environments
- Ability to work across functions and coordination of team members to achieve business objectives
- Tertiary qualifications in business, management or related discipline
- High level Computer skills – Word, Excel, PowePoint and Pronto
- Excellent communication and inter personal skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Good working relationships with teams, internal customers and external business associates
- High level of business acumen, organisational and administrative skills
- Strong EQ ,collaboration and influencing skills
