About the Role
This is a permanent role with minimum 28 hours over at least 4 days per week (roster to be determined dependent on preferred candidate's availability but will include Mondays). This role could develop into a Full-Time position for the right person. You will be based in our Australian Head Office in Parramatta and supporting the Operations Manager & General Manager with day-to-day customer service and administrative tasks, including (but not limited to):
- Data entry including database management
- Lead management including client phone calls & managing the 1800 number
- Reporting
- Flight, accommodation, office bookings etc
- Assisting with organising Conferences
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
Experience/Qualifications- essential:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills through experience in other customer service roles
- Outstanding time management and organisation
- Excellent computer skills incl word, excel, G-Suite
Experience/Qualifications- desirable:
- CRM system experience would be highly regarded
- Accounts payable & receivable experience
- Building industry experience
