Working as part of a friendly and supportive team at this professional, established accounting firm, your role will involve:
- ASIC corporate compliance responsibilities including annual reviews
- ATO correspondence and lodgements
- Reception - answer and transfer calls and greet visitors
- Assisting clients with enquiries
- Data entry
- Mail, scanning, filing, typing
This role would suit a strong administrator who enjoys working in a diverse and busy role.
Requirements for the role include:
- Minimum 2 years experience in an administration role with an Australian accounting firm
- Strong MS Office skills
- Excellent English communication skills and professional presentation
- Flexible and adaptable attitude
