We are seeking applications from highly motivated Projects Administrator for our Mackay office.  Working Monday to Friday.
 
The Project Administrator is responsible for the cost and administration of designated projects.
 
Your duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
 
  • Understanding of the project contract.
  • Monitor project costing.
  • Process goods receipt of purchase orders.
  • Time-sheeting.
  • Generate claims as per client specification.
  • Ensure timely billing.
  • Generate invoice in SAP.
  • Provide support of billing queries.
  • Develop and maintain a good relationship with the project ream, managers and clients.
 Qualifications, experience and skills
 
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Ability to build professional relationships with people internally and externally.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple task, set and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Intermediate Word and Excel skills.
  • Customer focused, team oriented, accountable and results driven.
  • Ability to work without supervision.
