Enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with experience working in fast paced internal sales environment to join the established National Team.
Based at the head office in Noble Park. The organisation encourage a healthy work life balance while encouraging an enjoyable office culture.
The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving customer acquisition and sales growth targets. You must be experienced and comfortable making and receiving dozens of calls per day.
The role:
- Answer inbound product enquiries, generate quotes and/or enter orders
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Exhibit consistent time management skills to happily and efficiently juggle the variety of the role
- Ability to establish and maintain insightful customer relations, within your sales area
- Enjoy identifying key players and generating sales interest
- Ability to close sales and achieve quarterly targets
- Work as part of a team
- Assist with counter sales and walk in enquires
- Consistently update and report on our CRM system and/or Microsoft office.
To be successful for this role you must meet the following requirements:
- Possess a positive “can-do” attitude
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Experience in sales is desirable
