We are a leading business-grade ISP located on the CBD fringe. We operate almost exclusively within the corporate, school and Government sectors, providing first class internet data, communications and consulting services.  Our clients include local IT resellers, demonstrating that our peers hold our services in high regard.

Having just made the exciting move into larger premises and with an existing staff member going on maternity leave shortly, an exciting opportunity has become available for a corporately presented receptionist with impeccable communication skills to join our friendly team on a permanent ongoing basis.  If you are looking for a "job" we are probably not the right fit for you.  However, if you have the passion and drive to take a role and really put your stamp on it then we can't wait to talk to you!

About the Role

As the first point of contact within the organisation, you will be responsible for managing the reception desk and providing administration support to staff as required.  Typical duties will involve but not be limited to: greeting/welcoming clients and incoming visitors, handling/directing calls as appropriate, ensuring office is tidy & boardroom setup for meetings/lunches, invoicing and accounts data entry, handling incoming/outgoing mail, preparing correspondence, servicing in & out trays, general administration and housekeeping duties.

Salary to be paid in accordance with the Clerks - Private Sector Award 2010, aligned with the successful applicants skills/experience level.

Position to commence mid - late July 2018.

Requirements/Attributes

Applicants must possess:

  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Corporate presentation
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Common sense & initiative
  • Previous reception experience
  • AR/AP experience preferred though training is provided (MYOB highly regarded)
  • Completion of year 12 or equivalent
  • Drivers licence essential
  • Current Police Clearance
  • Must be Australian citizen
