Your new company
Work for a national Australian Manufacturing company. They are looking for a bright and bubbly experienced receptionist to be the window of the company, based in Smithfield for a 3 month Temporary assignment.
Your new role
- Assisting customers that attend the office
- Manning a busy switchboard
- Providing support to management
- Assisting in scheduling appointments
- General admin duties
- Collection of mail from post office and delivery of cheques to bank
- Scanning, filing and general office duties
What you'll need to succeed
- Pleasant phone manner and customer service
- Bright and bubbly personality
- Intermediate - advanced Microsoft office and Excel skills
- Focus on exceptional customer service
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Bring a "can-do" attitude
What you'll get in return

- Monday - Friday only
- $26.00 - $27.00 per hour
