Broker Administration Assistant

  • Flexible and Interesting role in Insurance and Risk Management of professional liability
  • Located on the Northern Beaches in Mona Vale NSW
  • This is an opportunity to be part of a small business that is part of a large insurance service provider network. The business services a range of interesting clients and requires someone who is enthusiastic and intelligent.
  • As part of a Financial Services team you will be responsible for attending to client queries and directing their calls, preparation of insurance documentation including renewal quotations, invoicing and other administrative duties.
  • You will also be required to assist with various operational tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of quotes, renewals, invoicing and document processing
  • Answer incoming calls in a polite and professional manner
  • Respond in a professional and timely manner to all client enquiries
  • Provide general administrative assistance
  • Maintain claim data records
  • Assist with Database Administration
  • Assist with Accounts, Xero software
  • Training / Study if desired (Including Insurance Broking Tier 2 and ongoing training)
  • Other duties as directed from time to time

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous Administration/Office experience 
  • Good Computer Skills including Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Any financial services or legal industry exposure would be ideal but not essential

Salary Package

  • Currently we are offering two days a week (possibility of three) and reasonably flexible hours
