SHOWROOM CONSULTANT/SALES SUPPORT and ADMINISTRATION.
Materialised is a family owned Australian business based out of South Sydney and highly respected in the furnishing textile industry. Our history spans over 38 years, with offices in each state. We are a socially responsible company, committed to our community and our industry.
The role we need to fill will suit an energetic, personable person with a desire to utilize their flair for colour and design in a B2B situation. A background in some aspect of Interior Design supply would be highly beneficial.
The successful applicant will be responsible for attending client visitations in our new Richmond showroom, style consulting and showroom management, support to the project/sales team, responding to sampling requests, administrative tasks, BCI tracking and managing the CRM system will form part of a diverse and interesting role.
- The ability to provide ongoing support and the disposition to nurture relationships
- Computer literacy and intermediate MS Office skills
- Experience in business software, Pronto preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to work autonomously and the drive to hit the ground running
- Driver's license required
