The Role
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Prestart Consultant who is passionate about providing industry leading customer service.
Your responsibilities will include but not limit you to:
- Conducting contract signing and colour selection appointments
- Preparing post – contract variations
- Checking plans
- Co-ordinating approvals
- Monitoring pre-construction process
- Preparing files for handover to the construction team ensuring all contractual obligations are met
- Providing regular client updates
- Relief reception duties when required
