We have been producing spas for more than 23 years, whilst servicing local and international demand. Our brands are internationally recognised and we are passionate about ensuring our products are of the highest quality & our customers always know that they are our number one priority.
We are currently looking for a motivated Service Coordinator to join our busy Customer Service & Sales Admin Team, in a role that will offer you continuous growth & a supportive work environment.
Your day will look a little like this, but tomorrow will always be a little different:
- Responding to a high volume of phone and email related queries
- Coordination of our 1300 SPA FIX business
- Scheduling Service Calls for Technicians
- Customer creation in database
- Basic Trouble Shooting / Technical Diagnosis
- Liaising with local, national and international dealers and service technicians
- Invoicing & Processing Payments
- Creating Customer Quotes / Follow Up
- Managing all aspects of Service Vans, maintenance & Stock-takes
- Daily sales reporting of Service Team revenue
- General Administration as required
This is ideally you, but if you've got the right motivation & attitude, we're more that happy to teach you the rest:
- Passionate about Customer Service
- You're a team player & thrive in a collaborative environment
- Intermediate to Advanced with MS Office
- Knowledge in Spa / Pools is desirable however product specific training will be provided
- Service Scheduling / Coordination Experience
- Sales Admin or Product Customer Service exposure
- Strong Administrator (high level accuracy)
- You pride yourself on your time management & organisational skills
- You can keep your cool in busy times
